Brief River Description
A short rapid, which comprises of lots of drops and lots of lines.Directions to the Put-in
Located in the heart of Ennistymon village in county Clare. Down an alleyway in the sign posted "Ennistymon cascades".
Parking next to the falls or on the street.
Directions to the Take-out
Take out is just by walking back up along the path on river right.River Description
Roughly a fifteen foot waterfall followed a small pool with a continuous gradient for a hundred and fifty meter section of ledges and rocks.
River right has a faster moving chute with a salmon gate on the far right which is best avoided.
Local issues
None that I know of but it would be advisable to be careful when parking as the put in is not huge and there are local residents with garages there.River level gauge
